  • Try offering your ebook using your auto responder.

Offering users your ebook via your auto responder, enables your visitors easier access to your ebook.  Many visitors are often unable or unwilling to download it right away, or have the software to immediately read it.  So, offering it via an auto responder lets them read it on the go.

  • Another way to improve your auto responder response and help with technical issues, is to publish your entire website in .pdf format and load it into your auto responder for consumption.

Time restraints, or losing an Internet connection during inclement weather, often prevent visitors from looking at your entire website in one sitting.

By uploading your website into a .pdf file and making it available in your auto responder; visitors can easily print it out and read it offline at their leisure.

  • Instead of hosting all of your ezine archives online; why not include back issues of your ezine archives into your auto responder for easier access to your subscribers?

This is a great way to improve your auto responder response with very little effort on your part.

This also allows you to add additional links, graphics, audio files, or videos  to your eZines.  Include the finished eZine in a .pdf file, for a quick and easy download.  Not only is this a good way to improve your auto responder response; it also increases your back end sales.

  • Give your transactions a nice professional legal touch, by including the terms and conditions of sale with each purchase transaction, and loading it into your auto responder for disbursement with each completed purchase.

This procedure can also be used with refunds, return policies, purchases, etc.

It’s simple thing to do to improve your auto responder response, and make you look more professional.
