Evaluating and recommending products on your website or blog, is an effective technique you can use to lead your visitors to buy a specific affiliate product of your choosing.

Many marketers realize that recommending products can increase your affiliate earnings much more effectively when your customer base already trusts your veracity.

The only downside to using this marketing strategy, is that your credibility can be lost or substantially diminished, if you start recommending too many products to your customers.

  • Avoid hype.
  • Back up your claims with cold hard facts and your visitors will pay for your promotions.
  • Offer a freebie that promotes or explains the product or service you are recommending to your audience.

The concept of giving away free promotional information is not new but few marketers do it with affiliate products.
